• Provide accurate information about the company’s services and answer client inquiries professionally.
• Identify customer needs through effective questioning and offer suitable solutions to close sales.
• Maintain and update customer information in the company database.
• Consistently strive to exceed sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Keep detailed records of calls, sales activities, and important client information.
