Position Title: Immigration Consultant
Location: Walton Road
Employment Type: Full-time - Onsite

Job Timings: 7 PM to 5 AM (Night Shift)

Job Summary

We are seeking a knowledgeable and client-focused Immigration Consultant to assist individuals and families with immigration, visa, and relocation processes. The ideal candidate will guide clients through application procedures, ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations, and provide excellent customer service throughout the immigration journey.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to assess immigration needs and eligibility.
• Provide guidance on visa applications, work permits, study permits, permanent residency, and citizenship processes.
• Prepare, review, and submit immigration applications and supporting documents.
• Ensure all applications comply with current immigration laws, policies, and regulations.
• Maintain accurate client records and case files.
• Follow up with clients regarding application status and required documentation.
• Communicate with government agencies, embassies, and immigration authorities when necessary.
• Stay updated on changes in immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
• Manage multiple client cases while meeting deadlines.
• Provide professional and ethical advice to clients.
• Generate leads and support business development activities when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in immigration consulting or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of immigration laws and visa processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with immigration case management software.
• Strong customer service and sales skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple cases.
• Multilingual skills are an advantage.
