Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Travel Consultant & Immigration Consultant, based in Lahore. The role involves assisting clients with travel planning, including reservations, ticketing, and visa processing. The consultant will provide expert guidance on travel arrangements, manage travel itineraries, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include promoting tailored travel packages and ensuring a seamless consultation process for immigration-related inquiries.

Travel Consultant Qualifications

• Proficiency in Travel Consulting, Travel Management, and creating customized Travel Arrangements
• Experience in Customer Service and handling Reservations efficiently
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Knowledge of visa processing and immigration requirements is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is a plus

Immigration Consultant Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues, Visas, and Global Immigration processes
• Familiarity with legal requirements, policies, and procedures related to Immigration and Law
• Experience in consulting and client relationship management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant documentation and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Previous experience in travel consulting is a plus
