Job Description:

  • Should have expertise knowledge on the visa process for various countries, especially Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, the UK, and other European countries, in regard to documentation, processing, and online submission.
  • Responsible for client handling and providing them the required services related to the immigration program the clients opted for.
  • Collating the documents and sending the set of documents to the concerned embassy/consulate and/or uploading the same.
  • Interacting with clients for document collection and submission to the relevant assessing bodies and high commission.
  • Should be able to work under crisis circumstances and consistently maintain high-quality service standards with attention to detail.
  • Should also advise the business units and other relevant departments in case of any changes in existing processes for obtaining relevant visas.
  • Should be process-oriented with customer service as a key focus, have a constant follow-up mechanism, and be good at reporting, doing a lot of research, and providing information to the team.

Preferred Skills and Experience

  • Should have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the same field
  • Knowledge of other country visa processing would be an added advantage
  • Good communication & interpersonal skills
  • Handling end-to-end immigration activities from the initial assessing stage till visa grant.
  • Expertise on documentation.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
