Immigration Law Paralegal

Established law firm seeks professional Immigration Law Paralegal to work between 35-40 hours per week in office location in Hoover, AL for docketing and immigration court scheduling. Must have EXPERIENCE with family-based immigration petitions including I-130, I-485, VAWA, , and removal defense motions and other immigration related pleadings, and MUST HAVE IMMIGRATION PARALEGAL EXPERIENCE interacting with various Immigration Courts and with USCIS. Seeking a professional that has long term plans to grow with the firm to a possible full-time position, a full-time position may be offered to the right candidate. Must be professional and be fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written skills. Only applicants with good qualifications AND Immigration family-based experience with a previous law firm are asked to apply.
