Responsibilities:

- Provide immigration consulting services to clients, including assessing eligibility, preparing and submitting applications, and providing advice on immigration processes and requirements.

Expertise in USA and Canada immigration law

Graduate of External LLB with an understanding of common law will be preferred.

- Conduct client consultations to gather necessary information and documentation for immigration applications.

- Prepare and review immigration application forms, supporting documents, and legal submissions.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and case files using computerized systems.

- Communicate with clients, government agencies, and other stakeholders to provide updates on case progress and respond to inquiries.

- Stay current with immigration laws, regulations, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate advice and compliance.

- Collaborate with team members to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance client service.

Experience:

- Previous experience working as an Immigration Consultant or similar role is preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other computerized systems for document management and record keeping.

- Familiarity with databases such as Access or SharePoint for organizing and retrieving information.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and government officials.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.

- Knowledge of French language is a plus.
