Job Title: Immigration Litigation Attorney
Location: Dallas, Texas (Full-Time, on-site with some travel)
Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Immigration Attorney with 2–4 years of courtroom experience to join our Dallas-based legal team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in:
- Deportation & removal defense
- Asylum and withholding of removal
- Waivers and appeals
Applicants must have conducted at least two (2) individual hearings independently. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent clients in immigration court proceedings and USCIS interviews
- Handle case strategy, legal drafting, and motions
- Supervise a team of at least two (2) paralegals
- Maintain thorough and proactive communication with clients
- Perform legal research and stay informed on evolving immigration laws
- Prioritize case management and meet deadlines across a dynamic caseload
- Collaborate with fellow attorneys, support staff, and community organizations
- Travel required for hearings, ICE visits, and interviews as needed
Job Requirements
- J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school
- Active and in-good-standing license to practice law in the U.S.
- Minimum 2 years of litigation experience in U.S. immigration courts
- Organize, plan, and schedule cases on a priority basis
- Proficiency in legal research tools and case management systems
- Ability to resolve complex legal matters independently
Required Competencies
- Family-based immigration
- Basic knowledge of corporate/business immigration
- Strong litigation advocacy in immigration courts

- Salary Range: $80,000 – $120,000 per year (commensurate with experience)
