As a solo practitioner, I provide personalized legal services and am seeking a highly skilled and experienced immigration paralegal to join my team.

Job Description:
We are looking for a seasoned immigration paralegal with at least five years of experience handling a wide range of immigration matters, including:

• Family-based and employment-based petitions
• Waivers and other complex immigration filings
• Naturalization

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage cases independently from intake to filing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with immigration laws.
• Draft and prepare legal forms, petitions, and supporting documentation.
• Correspond with clients, USCIS, DOL, NVC, and other agencies as needed.
• Maintain case files and track deadlines efficiently.
• Conduct legal research and assist with responses to RFEs and other inquiries.
• Provide excellent client service and support throughout the immigration process.
• Assist with weekly marketing outreach, including social media video and article posts

Qualifications:

• Passion for immigration law and a commitment to helping others.
• Fluency in Spanish
• Minimum 3 years of experience in immigration law, with a strong background in family and employment-based petitions.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
