Job Description

We are a well-established immigration consultancy in Doha seeking an experienced Immigration Processing & Filing Expert to handle end-to-end immigration documentation and application processing for various countries. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and familiar with immigration procedures, documentation standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle immigration applications from start to finish (study, work, visit, PR, and dependent visas)
• Prepare, review, and organize client documents as per embassy and immigration requirements
• Ensure accurate data entry and timely submission of applications
• Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital records)
• Follow up on application status and coordinate with embassies, VFS, and relevant authorities
• Guide clients regarding documentation requirements and application processes
• Ensure compliance with immigration rules, policies, and deadlines
• Prepare checklists, cover letters, and supporting documentation
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times

Requirements

• Proven experience in immigration processing and documentation
• Strong knowledge of visa and immigration procedures for multiple countries
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple applications simultaneously
• Proficient in MS Office and online application portals
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in an immigration or consultancy firm in Qatar
• Familiarity with VFS, embassy portals, and online immigration systems
