Immigration Sales Consultant

Salary: AED 3,000 – 7,000 (Basic Salary, based on experience) + Performance - Based Incentives

Svarna Immigration Services is a growing and professionally managed consultancy based in Dubai, providing ethical and client-focused immigration advisory services. As part of our expansion, we are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultants to join our immigration division.

We welcome candidates fluent in Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, or Sinhala, along with strong English communication skills, who are passionate about client consultation and sales excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client enquiries related to immigration programs
• Provide accurate information on PR, work visa, study visa, and migration pathways
• Conduct professional consultations and assess client eligibility
• Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments
• Maintain CRM records, client documentation, and follow-up schedules
• Achieve assigned monthly performance targets
• Coordinate closely with documentation and case-processing teams to ensure smooth client experience

Requirements

• 1–5 years of experience in immigration, education consulting, telesales, insurance, banking, or related sales roles
• Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages: Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, or Sinhala
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Target-oriented, self-motivated, and professional attitude
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM familiarity
• Candidates currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate are encouraged to apply
