Salary: AED 3,000 – 7,000 (Basic Salary, based on experience) + Performance based Incentives

As our Dubai office grows, we are inviting passionate Sales Consultants who speak Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, or Sinhala, individuals who can connect with clients, understand their hopes, and help turn aspirations into real destinations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound client enquiries related to immigration programs
• Provide accurate information on PR, work visa, study visa, and migration pathways
• Conduct professional consultations and assess client eligibility
• Convert qualified leads into successful enrollments
• Maintain CRM records, client documentation, and follow up schedules
• Achieve assigned monthly performance targets
• Coordinate closely with documentation and case-processing teams to ensure smooth client experience

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year experience in immigration, education consulting, telesales, insurance, banking, or related sales roles
• Fluency in English and at least one of the following languages - Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, Telugu, or Sinhala
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Target oriented, self motivated, and professional attitude
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM familiarity
• Candidates currently based in the UAE or willing to relocate are encouraged to apply
