Implementation Analyst

Job Description:
Responsible for implementing Fresa’s software solutions for clients, including requirement gathering, configuration, user training, and post-implementation support. Ensures smooth project delivery, process optimization, and client satisfaction.

• Strong knowledge of software implementation & support
• Requirement gathering & documentation
• Client communication & training skills
• Problem-solving & analytical thinking
• Basic SQL / ERP knowledge (added advantage)
• Time management & project coordination

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Previous customer service experience is a plus.
