We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

Stay updated on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.

Work closely with clients, technical teams, and management to ensure alignment of business needs.
Provide leadership, guidance, and training to junior staff members.
Allocate resources efficiently and maintain cost-effective solutions.
Ensure solutions meet business requirements and expectations.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate system performance.
Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor progress against deliverables.
Update, implement, and maintain standard operating procedures.
Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and criticality.
Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and end-users to ensure clear communication.
Monitor project deliverables to ensure timely completion and quality standards.
