Our platform handles complex enterprise integrations with SSO, APIs, EMR/HIS systems, CRMs and ERP platforms. Position Overview:
Certinal is seeking a talented and driven Solutions Consultant (Implementation) to join our Professional Services team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering best-in-class implementations of Certinal's digital signature and e-consent solutions to healthcare organizations. You will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the Build, Testing, and Hypercare phases of implementation, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction while delivering high-quality solutions that drive measurable business value.
This role offers exceptional visibility through direct client engagement, meaningful technical impact, and rapid career growth within a fast-scaling SaaS organization at the intersection of healthcare and digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end implementation delivery from discovery, design, and configuration through go-live and hypercare support
- Lead discovery workshops with clinical, IT, and compliance stakeholders to capture business and regulatory requirements
- Configure Certinal's platform including e-consent workflows, digital signature integration, and DPDP-compliant data controls
- Manage healthcare system integrations (EHR, HIS, PACS) ensuring seamless data flow and compliance standards
- Develop and deliver training programs including Train-the-Trainer, end-user sessions, and customized documentation
- Lead UAT coordination including test planning, execution, defect management, and stakeholder sign-off
- Drive go-live execution including hypercare management, risk mitigation, and smooth platform transition
- Build client relationships and serve as trusted advisor across C-suite, clinical teams, and IT leadership
- Advocate for customer success by sharing client feedback with Product and Engineering teams
- Drive adoption and ROI validation through change management, post-implementation reviews, and optimization opportunities

Job Requirement
Skills & Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, IT, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field
- 1-3 years of professional experience in technology implementation, consulting, or professional services
- Proven experience implementing SaaS enterprise solutions or healthcare software platforms (preferred)
- Strong understanding of DPDP compliance, healthcare data privacy regulations, or information security (preferred)
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple stakeholders including C-suite executives, IT teams, and end-users
- Self-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to manage ambiguity and drive results independently
