Implementation Consultant

Candidate must have experience in client correspondence and managing projects.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs, and providing expert guidance on implementing Retail and Insurance software solutions best to meet the requirements.
Create and maintain documentation related to implementation processes, configurations, and client requirements to ensure clarity and consistency throughout the project lifecycle.

Assist in troubleshooting issues during development and post-implementation phases.

Candidate must have Power BI experience. Expertise in SQL Database, Postgre SQL, Release Strategy, UAT, CR/FS Management, and User training

Qualification: BSCS/BSSE
Experience: 0-2 years
Location: Karachi (On-site job)
