Role Summary

We are looking for a motivated Technical Sales Executive who can generate new business, nurture leads, and close deals for our erp and software services. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making outbound calls, engaging prospective clients, understanding technical needs, and presenting tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Source and qualify leads through cold calling, email outreach, networking, and digital platforms
  • Understand client requirements and explain Infoman Solutions’ services clearly
  • Build strong relationships and guide prospects through the sales cycle
  • Prepare and deliver compelling proposals and presentations
  • Close deals and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Maintain CRM records, track follow-ups, and report on sales performance

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 1–3 years sales experience, preferably in technical or IT services
  • Good communication skills (English & Urdu)
  • Confidence in proactive client outreach
  • Ability to translate customer needs to the technical team
  • Comfortable working with CRM and Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with ERP, web development, or software solutions
  • Prior experience in B2B sales (technology industry)
