Role Overview

In this position, individuals are responsible for the setup, installation, configuration, customization, and integration of technical solutions, applications, and process designs for clients purchased or outsourced technology and business outcome solutions. Individuals in this position work as a part of a project Team to deliver high-quality implementation and integration outcomes that ensure seamless operation across client systems and environments. Experience working in the Middle East region is preferred.

Success in this role requires strong adaptability, cultural awareness, and onsite presence with high expectations on delivery quality and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Technical Lead and Project Manager to ensure alignment, delivery of tasks, and timely execution of project activities
  • Support coordination of on-site and remote client activities, including access setup, scheduling, and follow-ups with relevant teams
  • Assist in organizing and tracking data mapping, migration, and integration activities, ensuring alignment across technical teams
  • Coordinate with technical teams on integration deliverables (APIs, interfaces, workflows) and track progress against plan
  • Support testing and validation phases by organizing sessions, documenting outcomes, and following up on action items
  • Track and document issues and defects, ensuring proper escalation to product and engineering teams
  • Capture and consolidate client feedback and share with product and services teams for continuous improvement
  • Maintain and organize project documentation, including functional requirements, design documents, and lessons learned
  • Support training coordination, including scheduling sessions and ensuring readiness of materials and stakeholders
  • Coordinate pre-sales support activities when required (e.g., logistics for demos, workshops, or technical discussions)
  • Ensure proper routing of support requests to the relevant teams and track resolution progress
  • Assist in onboarding and supporting junior team members through knowledge sharing and coordination
  • Support triage and tracking of support items, ensuring visibility and timely follow-up
