About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and tech-savvy ERP Implementation Consultants who can handle client interactions, understand business processes, and implement our Construction ERP software (NWAY ERP) across different locations in India.

The role involves working closely with clients, understanding their workflow, configuring modules, conducting training, and ensuring successful go-live of the ERP system.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and configure NWAY ERP modules at client sites.
• Gather and analyze business requirements from clients (construction, manufacturing, or related industries).
• Conduct user training and provide functional support during and after go-live.
• Collaborate with internal teams (development, support, and project management) for issue resolution.
• Prepare implementation documents, user manuals, and process mapping reports.
• Perform data migration, testing, and validation activities.
• Ensure timely project delivery and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or Management.
• 1–4 years of hands-on experience in ERP Implementation / Functional Consulting / Software Deployment.
• Understanding of at least one business domain such as Project Management, Inventory, Procurement, Finance, or HR.
• Good communication, analytical, and client-handling skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to client sites across North, East, and West India.
• Experience with Construction ERP / SAP / Oracle / Tally / Odoo will be an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹382,343.23 - ₹400,000.00 per year
