Implementation Consultant - ERPNext

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Configure ERPNext modules to meet client specifications.

- Customize ERP workflows, forms, reports, and dashboards as per client needs.

- Provide end-user training and support during and after ERP implementation.

- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

- Collaborate with technical teams for system integrations and customizations.

- Stay updated with ERP releases, features, and best practices.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements:

- Hands-on experience in configuring and customizing ERPNext is mandatory.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field.

- 2+ years of experience as an ERP Functional Consultant or similar role.

- Strong understanding of ERP modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, Manufacturing, and HR.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Experience with ERP version upgrades and migrations is a plus.

- ERP certification(s) preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
