Sitemetric is seeking a highly organized Implementation Coordinator to orchestrate the successful launch of new project deployments and deliver exceptional implementation experiences that align with our mission of transforming how the world is built. This role requires a hands-on coordinator who can manage multiple concurrent site deployments, work across departments, and ensure our customers in the construction industry receive the reliable, practical support they need during critical project starts.

You'll be responsible for coordinating front-line implementation operations while maintaining our "boots on the ground" philosophy—delivering efficient, technology-enabled implementations with the practical, results-oriented approach that construction professionals expect. About the Role

As the Implementation Coordinator at Sitemetric, you will be responsible for ensuring an exceptional implementation experience. Coordinating across multiple departments and projects, you will orchestrate seamless new site deployments that deliver customer value from day one. You will set the standard by modeling clear communication, proactive coordination, and practical problem-solving, ensuring customers receive timely equipment, scheduled resources, and a consistently smooth launch experience.

Key Responsibilities

This position reports to the VP, Customer Success, works across the entire organization, and includes the following responsibilities.

  • Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent new site deployments from initiation through completion
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including operations, logistics, field tech, and customer success to ensure all project requirements are met
  • Oversee equipment readiness, procurement, and shipping logistics to ensure timely delivery to project sites
  • Schedule and coordinate field technician assignments, ensuring proper resource allocation and availability
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the implementation phase, providing regular updates and managing expectations
  • Partner with the site operations team to align deployment activities with operational requirements and timelines
  • Track project milestones, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively develop solutions to keep implementations on schedule
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and status reports for internal stakeholders and customers
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Ensure all safety protocols and quality standards are maintained throughout the implementation process

Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of experience in implementation, project coordination, or related role
  • Exceptional organizational skills with proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate across diverse teams
  • Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and adapt quickly in dynamic environments
  • Proficiency with project management tools and software
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and follow-through
  • Customer-focused approach with strong service orientation

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, or related field
  • Experience with IoT and sensor technology implementations
  • Background in software implementation or deployment
  • Construction industry experience or familiarity with field operations
  • Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Proficiency with CRM and project management platforms

Additional Information

The base pay for this position ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 per year. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and jobsite upon which work is being performed, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience.
