About this opportunity
We are looking for an Implementation Coordinator to act as the operational bridge between the ASP (Authorized Service Partner), field teams, and internal project stakeholders. The role focuses on coordinating rollout activities, ensuring site readiness, tracking progress, and supporting smooth migration and integration of network elements while maintaining service quality, safety compliance, and project timelines.
What you will do- Act as the key interface between ASP and the project team to ensure clear communication and timely issue resolution.
- Provide rollout time plans and coordinate activity schedules with ASP teams.
- Track site availability and ensure activities start as planned.
- Ensure Health and Safety sessions are conducted and completed before work begins.
- Support ASP coordination with Remote Supervision teams to ensure required sessions are completed on time.
- Monitor ASP team progress on a daily basis and report status updates.
- Track site completion milestones, related activities, and ensure proper site acceptance.
- Ensure Remote Audit sessions are conducted before sites are submitted for acceptance.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to maintain rollout quality, timelines, and operational compliance.
The skills you bring- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in mobile networks, preferably in rollout, RAN swap, or integration environments.
- Good understanding of RAN technologies and multi-vendor network environments.
- Experience working with field operations and ASP/vendor coordination.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Familiarity with telecom vendor systems (including Ericsson) is an advantage.
- Understanding of financial processes and basic negotiation awareness is beneficial.
- Strong behavioural competencies in communication, teamwork, dependability, and applying technical expertise.
- Knowledge of Ericsson portfolio, field operations practices, ASP management, and stakeholder coordination is preferred.
