We’re looking for an Implementation Manager who can take a new client from signed to live to optimized—without chaos.

Your Mission

You are the bridge between “new client” and “fully operational system.”

You take ideas, workflows, and requirements—and turn them into clean, scalable, high-performing systems inside 8x8 and Zapier.

No hand-holding. No waiting around.

You build. You solve. You improve.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from onboarding to go-live
• Build and customize Voice Forms in the 8x8 system
• Design and deploy Zapier automations to streamline workflows
• Troubleshoot issues quickly and effectively
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, and Client teams
• Continuously improve systems and workflows
• Manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
• Provide post-launch support to ensure long-term success

What You Need to Win

• Experience in implementation, onboarding, or systems setup
• Strong knowledge of Voice Forms, call flows
• Experience with Zapier automation workflows
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability
• Ability to manage multiple projects without losing control
• Clear communication with both internal teams and clients
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment
