Role Overview
The Implementation Project Manager leads end-to-end deployment of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems across King’s College Hospital Dubai and its satellite sites—from planning through go-live and post-launch (“hyper care”).
Key Responsibilities

Project Delivery:
Plan, manage, and execute RCM implementation projects (scope, timelines, budget, risks, governance, and rollout strategy).

Technical Deployment:
Oversee system setup, NABIDH integration, payer connectivity (e.g., Daman, AXA), data migration, testing, and go-live execution.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:
Act as the main contact for internal teams, vendors, insurers, and DHA; provide updates to senior leadership and run workshops.

Regulatory Compliance:
Ensure alignment with DHA requirements, NABIDH onboarding, JCI standards, and data protection regulations.

Team & Budget Management:
Lead cross-functional teams, manage resources, and monitor project finances and performance.

Change Management & Training:
Drive user adoption through training, communication, and structured change management; oversee hyper care and project closeout.
Requirements

Education/Certifications:
Bachelor’s (mandatory), PMP (mandatory), with preference for MBA or related certifications.

Experience:
7–10 years in healthcare IT project management

Strong RCM implementation experience

Mandatory Dubai healthcare experience including DHA and NABIDH

Skills/Knowledge:
Expertise in project methodologies (Waterfall/Agile) and tools

Deep understanding of healthcare systems integration (HL7, data migration)

Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills
