Implementation Specialist

Progatix are looking for an Implementation Specialist to join our client support team. This role is responsible for performing the technical setup, configuration, and validation of reports and data mappings within our platform during client onboarding and post-go-live phases. The Implementation Specialist will work closely with key internal stakeholders to ensure that all configurations align with client requirements and deliver accurate, validated reporting outcomes. The role requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and comfort working with structured data and configuration logic.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform the initial setup and technical configuration of reporting templates, data mappings, and
• client-specific settings within the platform, including tasks such as uploading files, entering
• setup data, and updating configuration parameters as per client requirements.
• Review configuration requirements provided by the stakeholders and implement them
• accurately according to client specifications.
• Validate system-generated reports against client-provided data or documentation to ensure
• accuracy and completeness.
• Identify and resolve data discrepancies, mapping issues, or configuration gaps.
• Troubleshoot and isolate root causes of incorrect report outputs, escalating system-level issues
• to the development team when necessary.
• Document configuration details, validation results, and issue resolutions clearly and consistently.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Product, QA, and Dev) to ensure a smooth go-live process and
• seamless post-implementation handoff.
• Support continuous improvement of implementation processes and configuration standards to
• enhance accuracy and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a related
• technical field.
• 1+ year of experience in system configuration, product implementation, or data/report
• validation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for data accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data validation and analysis.
• Basic understanding of SaaS platforms, system integrations, or data flow processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for cross-team collaboration.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple implementations
• concurrently.
