Functional Consultant

Interactive Convergence/Gateway360 is seeking a Functional Consultant to bridge the gap between technical teams and business clients. The role involves gathering requirements, analyzing workflows, and ensuring successful ERP/CRM implementations. (Odoo/Dynamics 365)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements.
• Should have business knowledge and business process flows like Accounting, Inventory, HR, & Project Accounting.
• Coordinate with developers for solution implementation.
• Conduct end-user training and testing.
• Support system upgrades and configuration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related discipline.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Functional or ERP Consultant.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Understanding of business processes and software systems.
