Business Analyst

Interactive Convergence/Gateway360 is looking a Business Analyst to support software and ERP projects through requirement gathering, documentation, and client coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze client requirements.
• Prepare functional and technical documentation.
• Coordinate between clients and technical teams.
• Assist in testing and validation of software deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management or ERP systems is a plus.
