About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Operational Analyst with strong Excel expertise to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply!

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (O/A Levels background preferred)
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fresh or experienced candidates welcome
• Must be willing to work night shifts
• Must be able to commute to or relocate to Karachi (I.I. Chundrigar Road)

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and manage complex Excel spreadsheets using advanced formulas, functions, and automation tools
• Perform data analysis using filters, sorting, pivot tables, and other techniques to extract actionable insights
• Develop automated workflows to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency
• Design and build dashboards and visual reports using charts, graphs, and conditional formatting
• Collaborate with internal teams to interpret data, share findings, and support decision-making
• Manage multiple tasks with strong time management and prioritization skills
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all work, particularly in high-volume or time-sensitive environments
