As an Implementation Specialist, you will:

Lead and execute multiple complex implementation projects, including large-scale projects.

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, managing expectations, addressing concerns, and ensuring successful outcomes.

Perform on-site and remote installation, configuration, and customer training.
-
Oversee the implementation of advanced system configurations and technical integrations.
-
Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while coordinating activities across multiple stakeholders.

Conduct high-level customer satisfaction, ensuring users are proficient in system functionality.

Communicate effectively across internal departments and external third-party vendors to drive project success.

Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project success, conducting Root Cause Analysis and documenting lessons learned.

Handle escalations independently, resolving complex issues and making real-time project decisions.

Maintain accurate project documentation, including customer records, task statuses, and progress reports.

Continuously enhance product knowledge and industry expertise to support customer needs effectively.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives and best practices to optimize implementation efficiency.

Provides support in people development.
Requirements
You are a strong fit for this role if you have:

Bachelor’s degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business, or a related field (preferred).

Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to engage with executive stakeholders.

2-4 years of experience in software implementation, with a focus on complex or large-scale projects.

Software life cycle knowledge
-
Aptitude to quickly become a TCP systems expert.
-
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
-
Experience in managing multiple projects with competing priorities and deadlines.
-
Strong technical acumen, with experience in system integrations, database structures, and technical troubleshooting.

Experience with accounting, payroll, or workforce management systems (preferred).
-
Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Databases, Microsoft Server operating systems, cloud-based software solutions (SaaS), and networking a plus.

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including overnight and weekends.
Physical Requirements:
