Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled Implementation/ERP Manager to lead end-to-end implementation of our solutions for clients. The role includes requirement gathering, project planning, solution deployment, client onboarding, training, post-implementation support, and ensuring timely & successful project delivery. The ideal candidate should have strong client-facing skills, project management abilities, and hands-on experience in product/ERP/Software implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Project & Implementation Management

  • Lead and manage end-to-end project implementation for new clients.
  • Gather business requirements, analyze client workflows, and map them with system functionality.
  • Create project plans, timelines, milestones, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Coordinate with development, sales, and support teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure sign-off from the client.

Client Onboarding & Training

  • Manage onboarding process, product setup, configuration, and deployment.
  • Provide product training to client teams on usage, features, and best practices.
  • Guide clients throughout the implementation journey to ensure user adoption and satisfaction.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to drive retention and renewals.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare project documentation: SOW, BRD, MOM, user manuals, implementation checklists.
  • Maintain implementation reports, status trackers, and project dashboards.
  • Identify product improvement areas based on client feedback and share with internal team.

Post-Implementation Support

  • Provide hypercare support during the initial go-live period.
  • Troubleshoot implementation-related issues and coordinate resolution.
  • Ensure smooth handover to the Support/Customer Success team with complete documentation.

Skills & Competencies Required

  • Experience in software/ERP/CRM/IT product implementation.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and workflow mapping.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
