Work Schedule

Full-time position
On-site role in Qatar
Consistent and stable working hours

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate import shipments from suppliers to final destination
Prepare and manage shipping and customs documentation
Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
Communicate with freight forwarders, customs agents, and vendors
Monitor shipment schedules and resolve delivery issues
Maintain accurate import records and logistics documentation
Ensure compliance with import regulations and company procedures
Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for inventory movement
Process invoices, shipping costs, and import-related paperwork
Support supply chain and procurement activities when needed

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Experience with ERP or logistics systems is an advantage but not required
Willingness to learn and work in a team-oriented environment
