Import Customer Services & Pricing Manager

We are looking for an experienced Import Customer Service Executive to join our freight forwarding team. The ideal candidate will manage import customer operations, coordinate LCL, FCL, and air shipments, and handle pricing and customer communication efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end import customer service operations
  • Handle LCL, FCL, and Air Freight shipments
  • Prepare and manage pricing / quotations for LCL, FCL, and air shipments
  • Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines, and local operations teams
  • Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers
  • Ensure accuracy of import documentation and shipment details
  • Resolve customer queries and shipment-related issues professionally
  • Maintain shipment records and reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a freight forwarding company
  • Strong knowledge of LCL, FCL, and Air Freight operations
  • Proven experience in pricing and quotations
  • Good communication and customer handling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and freight forwarding systems (preferred)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience dealing with overseas agents and shipping lines
  • Knowledge of Pakistan import procedures and documentation
  • Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
