Import Document Controler

We are looking for a person who is capable enough to understand all the documents used to file a consignment of import. Like L/c letter of credit etc.

Working in SAP

▪ Prepare Purchase orders in ERP systems.

• Preparing the EIF in WEBOC, get approval from bank and other work related to WEBOC like: ▪ PD account management.

▪ Checking the GD status

• Preparation of Letter of Credit, Advance Payments requests and Open account payments.

• Follow up with bank ▪ Get LC Copy

▪ Get LC Amendment.

▪ TT Copy in the case of Advance payment

▪ Get Bank Debit/Credit advices

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
