Position SummaryLooking for a meticulous and proactive

Import Documentation Executive to manage end-to-end import operations, including documentation, coordination with logistics partners, and compliance with SEZ and customs regulations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and timely clearance of imported goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • BOE Preparation: Prepare accurate Bills of Entry (BOE) for import consignments in line with customs requirements.
  • Coordination with CHA & Freight Forwarders and Fedex:
  • Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHAs) for timely customs clearance.
  • Coordinate with freight forwarders for shipment tracking, documentation, and delivery schedules.
  • Liaising with SEZ Office:
  • Handle documentation and compliance related to SEZ operations.
  • Coordinate with SEZ authorities for approvals, endorsements, and regulatory submissions.
  • Import Documentation:
  • Maintain complete and organized records of import documents including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, and certificates of origin.
  • Ensure compliance with DGFT, SEZ, and customs regulations.
  • Bill Processing:
  • Verify and process CHA and freight forwarder bills.
  • Coordinate with accounts for timely payments and reconciliations.
  • E-Way Bill Generation: Prepare and manage E-Way bills for movement of goods under GST norms.
  • Tally ERP Knowledge: Record import transactions, vendor bills, and inventory entries in Tally.
  • Excel Proficiency:
  • Maintain import tracking sheets and cost analysis reports.
  • Use advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) for reporting and analysis.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Graduate in Commerce, Logistics, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in import documentation and logistics coordination.
  • Familiarity with SEZ operations and compliance.
  • Proficient in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of customs procedures, GST, and E-Way bill regulations.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
