Job Opportunity: Import Executive (Entry Level)

Position: Import Executive

Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:

Facilitate the import process, from coordinating with suppliers to ensure timely shipments to managing customs clearance procedures.

Monitor and track shipment schedules, ensuring that deliveries are received as per agreed timelines.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient handling and distribution of imported goods.

Prepare and maintain import documentation and records in compliance with regulations.

Handle communication with international suppliers and freight forwarders to ensure smooth logistics operations.

Assist in resolving any shipment-related issues or delays effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Supply Chain, International Business, or similar).

Fresh graduates or individuals with 1 to 2 years of experience in import-related roles are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge of import regulations, customs procedures, and international trade practices is a plus.

Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
