About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Import/Export Customer Service Executive (CS Executive) who can handle end-to-end customer coordination, documentation, and follow-ups for both Air & Sea shipments. The role requires someone who can manage daily operational tasks with accuracy and ensure smooth communication with customers, vendors, and overseas agents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end customer service for Import & Export shipments (Sea & Air).
  • Handle LCL/FCL shipment coordination and documentation.
  • Daily communication with overseas agents, shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and customers.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documents such as Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB instructions, etc.
  • Track and update shipment status to clients.
  • Maintain strong follow-up and ensure timely completion of customs procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth cargo movement.
  • Ensure customer queries are resolved professionally and on time.

Required Skills

  • Knowledge of Sea & Air coordination.
  • Understanding of custom processes and documentation.
  • Good communication and email drafting skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines.
  • Strong follow-up and customer-handling capability.

Qualifications

  • Graduate (Any stream).
  • 06 Months –2 years of experience in Import/Export CS.
  • Freshers with relevant logistics knowledge are welcome.

Work Location

Chembur East, Mumbai (Easily accessible from Kurla East)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
