Job Description We are looking for an experienced Import–Export Documentation Executive to support our operations team in handling import, export, and logistics documentation, along with coordination at warehouses, transport points, and ports. The role involves both office-based documentation work and field coordination, ensuring smooth movement of goods and accurate paperwork as per Indian and international trade regulations. Key Responsibilities Import Documentation & Coordination Preparation and verification of import documents Coordination with CHA, transporters, and warehouse teams Tracking shipment movement from port to warehouse Maintaining proper records and documentation flow Export Documentation & Coordination Preparation of export documents such as invoices, packing lists, and shipping papers Coordination for container movement, stuffing, and dispatch Liaison with logistics partners and internal teams Ensuring timely completion of export-related formalities Field & Operations Support Visiting warehouses, logistics yards, or port-related locations when required Coordinating loading, unloading, and dispatch activities Sharing regular updates with the operations team Required Skills & Experience Experience in Import–Export documentation and operations Working knowledge of: Import & Export procedures Logistics and warehouse coordination Basic customs and compliance processes Good communication skills in: English Hindi Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines Preferred Background (Not Mandatory) Experience in trading, logistics, or commodity-based companies Exposure to port or warehouse coordination Confidentiality & Professional Conduct The candidate is expected to follow company policies regarding confidentiality and data handling Professional conduct and discipline are mandatory

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
