Import Export Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end import & export operations, including documentation, customs clearance, and shipment tracking.
• Coordinate with suppliers, CHA, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
• Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, GST, and EXIM policies.
• Handle LC documentation, duty drawback, EPCG, and other export incentive schemes.
• Collaborate with Purchase, Accounts, and Stores for smooth material and document flow.
• Analyze freight, landed cost, and duty structure for cost optimization.

Requirements:

• Qualification: B.E. / Diploma (Electrical / Mechanical) or Graduate in Commerce / Supply Chain.
• 7–10 years of proven experience in import–export operations within a manufacturing or engineering industry.
• Excellent knowledge of LC, DGFT, EXIM Policy, and SAP (MM Module preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
