Import Export Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end import and export operations for international shipments.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and transport providers.
• Ensure timely customs clearance and compliance with UAE and international trade regulations.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents including:
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Bill of Lading / Airway Bill
• Certificate of Origin
• Customs documentation
• Monitor shipment schedules and resolve logistics delays or clearance issues.
• Negotiate freight rates and contracts with logistics vendors to optimize cost.
• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, sales, and finance teams for smooth material movement.
• Track inventory movement and ensure accurate logistics records and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with import/export laws, HS codes, duty structures, and trade regulations.
• Manage logistics budgets, freight costs, and KPI reporting.
• Handle insurance claims related to damaged or delayed shipments.
• Maintain strong relationships with shipping agents, customs authorities, and suppliers.
• Lead and supervise logistics team members and ensure operational efficiency.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
