Import & Export Sales Executive (Shipping / Freight Forwarding industry)

Job Summary:
Responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and driving sales for import and export services within the shipping industry. The role focuses on developing strong customer relationships, understanding client logistics needs, and delivering tailored shipping solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and acquire new clients for import and export shipping services.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
• Understand clients’ shipping requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and service options.
• Coordinate with operations and documentation teams to ensure smooth shipment handling.
• Meet monthly sales targets and prepare regular sales reports.
• Stay updated on market rates, industry trends, and competitor activities.
