Import Export Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated Import & Export Specialist with a minimum 3 years of experience in international trade operations. The successful candidate will manage and optimize all import/export processes in compliance with local and international regulations, ensure cost-efficiency, and contribute to the overall success of the supply chain and logistics strategy.

Experience

Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in import/export operations

Proven track record in handling customs documentation and logistics coordination

Experience working with international suppliers and customers

Advanced English proficiency

Education

Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

A Master’s degree is a plus

Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of international trade procedures, customs regulations, and INCOTERMS

Fluent in English, both written and spoken (additional languages are an advantage)

Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (e.g. SAP, LOGO, Oracle)

Excellent problem-solving, planning, and negotiation skills

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills

Need to Relocate or Mobility

The role is based in Gölcük, and relocation support can be discussed if needed

Occasional international travel may be required
