Import Logistics Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

• Check and respond to emails promptly to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
• Maintain and update the daily shipment report to track cargo movement and delivery status.
• Coordinate with overseas suppliers for required shipping documentation and compliance.
• Liaise with Customs House Agents (CHA) to ensure timely documentation and delivery of goods.
• Handle duty payments and ensure proper recording of all transactions.
• Prepare and complete checklists to verify shipment readiness and documentation accuracy.
• Review and verify clearing bills for correctness and compliance before final submission.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
