Import Officer (Organic Raw Material)

About the Role:

We're looking for a fresh graduate to join our procurement team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for those interested in global supply chain operations within the nutraceutical industry.

You'll Learn To:

• Assist with the monthly requirements of raw materials in order to avoid shortages.
• Maintain all the technical documents for samples and commercial orders.
• Follow up on the sample status with the sales team.
• Work with international clients, suppliers, and freight forwarders to coordinate the import of products.
• Monitor inventory levels and work to optimize the supply chain for international suppliers.
• Manage relationships with international clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Improve the import process and identify cost-saving opportunities for international clients.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience in an import or logistics role.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for professional email correspondence.
• Strong command of MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of regulations and certifications for organic raw materials is a strong advantage.
