We are seeking a dynamic Procurement Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process, from sourcing suppliers to negotiating contracts and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
This role requires strong analytical skills, negotiation process, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with vendors.
The Procurement Officer will play a key role in optimizing costs, driving efficiency, and ensuring quality and compliance in all procurement activities.
Responsibilities:
- Source, evaluate, and select suppliers based on quality, price, and delivery speed.
- You will be responsible for direct and indirect procurement (local and imports)
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve favorable terms and pricing.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and requirements.
- Manage supplier relationships and resolve any issues or disputes that may arise.
- Monitor and track procurement activities, including purchase orders, invoices, and deliveries.
- Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and trends in the industry.
- Develop and implement procurement strategies to optimize costs and streamline processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- 3 4 years’ experience in relevant field.
- Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a senior role.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to achieve cost savings and favorable contract terms.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Solid understanding of procurement processes, best practices, and industry trends.
- Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements in procurement.

Pay: Rs60,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
