Procurement Manager

Position: Procurement Manager

Experience: 5 years in pharma or FMCG

Qualification: Bachelor/ Master in SCM

Salary: 150K-200K (Allowances are excluded)

Location: DHA, Phase 7 Karachi.

Core Procurement Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement process — from requisition, sourcing, and negotiation to purchase order issuance and delivery.
• Ensure timely availability of goods and services while optimizing cost, quality, and lead time.
• Maintain supplier database and ensure compliance with approved vendor lists.
• Coordinate with finance and warehouse teams for invoice verification and GRN (Goods Receipt Note) closure.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and reliable supply.
• Conduct supplier performance reviews based on quality, delivery, and service metrics.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to achieve cost savings and long-term relationships
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proper documentation of bids, comparative statements, and approvals.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate procurement records.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly procurement reports for management review

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
