Import Officer

We are a well reputed Chemical & Packaging Industry looking to hire a competent and detail-oriented individual for the position of Import Officer.

Eligibility Criteria:

BBA (Specialization in Supply Chain) or relevant qualification

5–7 years relevant experience required

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and monitor all import activities of the company

- Handle import of chemicals, packaging materials & machinery spare parts

- Prepare and process LCs (Letters of Credit)

- Manage complete import documentation (Invoices, BL, Packing List, etc.)

- Coordinate with suppliers, clearing agents, and shipping lines

- Ensure timely clearance of shipments

- Maintain proper records of all import transactions

- Follow up on shipments and resolve any import-related issues
