Job Title: Import Officer (China Hardware Imports)

Location: Lahore Gulberg
Salary Range: PKR 90,000 – 110,000 (Based on experience)

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Import Officer to manage and coordinate the import of hardware products from China. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of import procedures, documentation, and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage complete import cycle from China
  • Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents
  • Source and develop reliable vendors for hardware items
  • Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers
  • Handle import documentation (LC, BL, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.)
  • Ensure compliance with customs and import regulations
  • Track shipments and ensure timely delivery
  • Calculate duties, taxes, and landed cost
  • Resolve delays and shipment issues
  • Maintain proper records and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Commerce, or related field
  • 2–4 years of experience as an Import Officer (China import experience preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of customs clearance and import regulations
  • Good communication skills (English required; basic Mandarin is a plus)
  • Proficient in MS Excel and ERP systems
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
