Position: Customs Clearance Officer / Executive

Company: BIN QUTAB INTERNATIONAL (PVT) LTD. – Freight Forwarding & Logistics

Location: Head Office, 407-A/1, Gulberg III, Lahore

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle import/export customs documentation: GD filing, DTRE, E-Form, etc.

- Liaise with customs officials, terminal operators, and shipping lines/agents

- Process WeBOC/PSW clearances and resolve examination/appraisement queries

- Coordinate with clients for documents, duty/tax calculations, and delivery timelines

- Ensure compliance with Pakistan Customs Act, SROs, and valuation rulings

- Maintain record of shipments, duties paid, and client-wise clearance status

Requirements:

- 2–5 years experience in customs brokerage/clearance at Karachi/Lahore ports or dry ports

- Strong knowledge of HS codes, tariff, WeBOC, PSW, and valuation procedures

- IATA/FIATA/PIFFA certified candidates preferred

- Good communication for handling customs, clients, and internal teams

- Must be able to work under pressure and meet vessel/flight cut-offs
