Job Title: Import Manager (China Coordination)

Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹60,000 per month (Depending on experience and skills)

Age Criteria: 25 to 50 years

Experience Required: Minimum 4 to 5 years (Candidates who have worked in China will be preferred)

Job Description:

Geeta Apex Company is looking for an experienced Import Manager to handle end-to-end import operations with a strong focus on coordination with Chinese suppliers and manufacturers. The candidate should be fluent in the Chinese language (Mandarin) and well-versed in international trade and import procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and communicate with suppliers and manufacturers in China
• Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms with Chinese vendors
• Manage import documentation including invoices, packing lists, BL/AWB, COO, etc.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery of goods
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, CHA, shipping lines, and transporters
• Ensure compliance with customs regulations, duties, and import policies
• Resolve issues related to delays, quality, quantity, or documentation
• Maintain records of imports, suppliers, and shipment status
• Coordinate internally with accounts, logistics, and management teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Chinese language (spoken & written) is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of import procedures, logistics, and customs clearance
• Experience in handling imports from China is essential
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle pressure
• Proficient in MS Office and basic ERP systems

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Candidates who have worked or lived in China will be given preference
• Strong understanding of Chinese business culture
• Result-oriented and detail-focused professional
