Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end import operations from order placement to final delivery
• Coordinate with international suppliers and negotiate shipment terms
• Liaise with freight forwarders, clearing agents, and shipping companies
• Ensure compliance with local import laws, customs regulations, and company policies
• Track shipments and ensure timely clearance of goods
• Prepare and maintain accurate import documentation
• Resolve shipment delays, discrepancies, or documentation issues
• Maintain records of all import transactions for audit and reporting purposes

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or relevant field
• 1-2 years of experience in import/export operations
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international trade procedures
• Familiarity with HS Codes, Incoterms, and import compliance
