Import Operations Coordinator

We hold Ocean Transportation Intermediary License and are authorized provider of NVOCC service by the Federal Maritime Commission. We provide full range of import and export cargo transportation services between the United States and various countries around the world.

Overview:

Pacific Road Logistics is seeking individuals for openings in our import operations department. The candidate must possess effective written/verbal communication skills and be able to work efficiently within the team.

As our company continues to grow, we hope to add more members as we enter an increasingly connected global market and growing supply chain.

General Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage Import shipments from start to finish
• Maintain positive customer relations.
• Process and input necessary data entry
• Ensure documentation is accurately processed, distributed and released to relevant parties.
• Develop and maintain successful relationships with local/global vendors and partners.

Minimum Requirements:

-Bilingual preferred (Korean and English)

-Associate's degree or higher

-At least 1 year experience in a related field

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
