Alpine Home Health are part of a growing network of eight non-medical homecare agencies operating across Ohio and Michigan. We’re committed to supporting our caregivers and delivering consistent, compassionate care to our clients.

We're looking for a dependable, organized, and highly communicative HR & Office Coordinator who can support all eight agencies from our Parma, OH office. While this role supports multiple locations, the workload is manageable, and most tasks are straightforward — it simply requires someone who is comfortable working with multiple teams and systems.

Job Summary:

This is a full-time, on-site position (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). You’ll be primarily working independently at our Parma office, serving as the front desk point of contact, while also managing HR and administrative support tasks for all 8 agency locations.

The ideal candidate will be adaptable, a strong communicator, and capable of managing their own time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:Front Desk & Administrative Duties (On-Site in Parma):

  • Answer and route phone calls professionally
  • Handle office duties such as scanning, filing, mail, and supply organization
  • Greet and assist walk-in applicants and visitors
  • Keep the office environment organized and professional
  • Support general administrative needs for agency operations

HR Operations Support (Across 8 Agencies):

  • Coordinate HR processes for all agency locations in Ohio and Michigan
  • Handle onboarding and offboarding (documentation, credential checks, etc.)
  • Maintain and track employee records, licenses, and compliance files
  • Monitor and document time off requests, certifications, and audits
  • Assist with recruiting tasks, including scheduling interviews and follow-ups
  • Communicate with staff across multiple locations regarding HR needs
  • Help update and maintain internal HR systems and procedures

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (in HR, Business, or related field)
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Able to work independently and manage your own schedule
  • Comfortable working across multiple agencies, systems, and teams
  • Preferred: Familiarity with medical terminology or experience in healthcare administration

Work Details:

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Location: On-site in Parma, OH (this is not a remote position)
  • You will support 8 agencies — this requires flexibility and adaptability, but the work is steady and not overwhelming
  • This is not a team-based office role — much of the work is done independently, so self-motivation is key

Compensation:

  • Annual Salary: $44,469.21 – $54,145.72
